My journey started when I stumbled on yoga. Like many of us, this quickly spread to at home workouts, hill running and shortly after that Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, which I have coached and continue to practice today. Since then I have become a fully qualified personal trainer.
My approach to coaching and fitness is that I want people to live a fit and healthy life, and enjoy the confidence it brings them, whilst building strength inside and out, and forming habits to sustain the journey for life.
I do this, as I am passionate about nutrition, strength, and using exercise and health as a mechanism for reducing the stresses of our busy everyday lives.
